What areas do you serve?
ProMaids Co serves 28 communities across Macomb, Oakland and Wayne counties in Michigan. That includes Sterling Heights, Warren, Troy, Rochester Hills, Royal Oak, Southfield, Livonia, Dearborn and Detroit. If your city is not listed, call and ask, because we may still cover you.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies or equipment?
No. Our team arrives fully equipped with everything needed to do the job correctly, so there is no need to buy costly cleaning supplies. If you would rather we use a specific product in your home, tell us when you book and we will work with it.
How often should I schedule a cleaning?
Most homes do well on a bi-weekly schedule. Weekly suits busy households, larger homes and homes with pets or children. Monthly works when you keep on top of things between visits. Many clients start with a deep clean, then move to a routine schedule.
What is the Deep Clean Rotation System?
Rather than attempting every deep-cleaning task on every visit, we rotate focus areas so each part of your home receives concentrated attention in turn. The result is a home that keeps improving over time instead of holding steady at the same level.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Many clients are at work while we clean. We arrange access with you in advance and treat your home exactly as we would if you were standing there. Every team member is carefully vetted before they set foot in a client home.
