Last updated September 2026. This page describes how this website handles information. It covers the website only, not a separate arrangement you have with ProMaids Co for cleaning work at your home or business.

The short version

This site has no accounts and sells nothing online. Advertising and analytics storage are switched off until you accept them in the cookie banner. If you call the number on the site, that is a phone call and this policy does not govern it.

What is set on your device

  • Necessary. A record of your cookie choice, so the banner stops asking on every page. This is stored whichever way you answer.
  • Form security. A short-lived session value that lets the contact form tell a real submission from an automated one.
  • Advertising and analytics. Only after you accept. This site loads Google tag AW-978891484 with Consent Mode v2 set to deny by default, so ad storage, ad personalization and analytics storage stay off until you say otherwise. Choosing Reject means they are not set.

What we do not do

We do not sell or rent information about visitors to this site. There is no login here, so there is no account data held. We do not use the site to build advertising profiles of people who have not accepted cookies.

The contact form

If you send the form on our contact page, the name, email address, phone number, service you picked and message go to the customer records system that ProMaids Co uses, and a copy is emailed to the business. It is used to answer you and to arrange work. It is not added to an advertising audience.

Third parties this site touches

  • Google. The Google tag described above, and Google Fonts for the typefaces. The footer map is a Google frame, and it is not loaded at all unless you accept cookies or press the button to show it, so your address bar and IP do not reach Google just because you scrolled down.
  • The cookie consent tool and the site analytics, both served by AppWT LLC, who built and maintain this website.
  • The customer records system that receives contact form messages, also operated by AppWT LLC on behalf of ProMaids Co.

Changing your mind

You can clear cookies for this site in your browser at any time, which resets the banner and any stored choice. Your browser settings can also block cookies before you arrive. Both are honored.
